Ezra Sebastian Setio was born in 1995 in Surabaya, Indonesia. He studied industrial engineering and management at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (M.Sc. 2021) with emphasis on econometrics and decision theory. As PhD candidate and research associate at the Chair of Public Finance and Public Management he organizes and conducts research projects in welfare economics while providing teaching and administrative assistance.
