Raffael Fleischle was born in Karlsruhe in 2001. After graduating from high school in 2019, he immediately began studying business engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in March 2024.
Even during his bachelor’s program, he developed a particular interest in the world of finance, especially in the divisions of public finance and financial management. With this background, he switched to the Applied Mathematics degree program for his master’s degree, which he completed in April 2026 with a focus on public finance, financial mathematics, and financial management. Since June 2026, he has been working as a scientist at the Chair of Public Finance and Public Management.
